I have an editorial and romantic approach to photography. My lens gravitates toward the delicate allure of sentimental moments. From the sun-kissed beaches of Maui to the exotic landscapes of the Bahamas and the breathtaking vistas of Oregon, my travels have been both my inspiration and backdrop. These enchanting destinations have allowed me to capture the essence of love in its purest form. Drawing inspiration from the likes of Rembrandt, Vermeer, and Botticelli, my photography reflects the influence of these old masters. I favor clean, compositions and the embrace of natural light, echoing the timeless elegance that pervades their masterpieces. With over a decade of experience and a love for film, my creative process remains innovative, diligent, and meticulous. Every image I capture is a pursuit of excellence and beauty, a tribute to the enduring art of visual storytelling. My work has earned recognition from leading camera manufacturers like Nikon and has graced the pages of numerous esteemed publications. In addition to my photographic journey, I have the privilege of serving as an educator, with a platform reaching over 30,000 photographers and cinematographers. When I was three years old, I knew that I wanted to be a pilot. I spoke with such conviction, that I was constantly reminded that "things change." However, that would prove to be false when I obtained my pilot license before my drivers license. Aviation was my first love. I grew up as a kid who focused only on the endgame. I never had any other passions... until I discovered my love for diving in 2007. I was always afraid of deep water, but one day during swimming lessons in 5th grade, I saw a diver fly though the air. It was at that moment I discovered my second love. Six years later, in 2013, I discovered my 3rd love, which consequently has brought us here today: photography. I stumbled upon a wedding photography website looking for a senior photographer, and I knew at that moment I wanted to be a photographer. So, I became one. They say a jack of all trades is a master of none, but I believe if you truly love your disciplines, then one day you will master them.

Over the years, I have found that my efforts to cultivate love have lead to compassion and empathy becoming my dominant traits. If there's one thing that causes me pain, it's seeing others suffer and having no ability to fix it. I truly find that being able to put myself in other shoes, and doing my best to understand their emotions and everything that has lead to the complexities of who they, is what drives my photography & film-making... It's the driving force behind my wedding experience. Especially with photography, I find my self not only shooting for you, but also your grandparents who couldn't make it, and the future children and grandchildren that will one day sit on the floor and go through you wedding album.

Love never fails." Those are the words I do my best to live by. And, it's the one thing I stress to all of the SBG Bride & Grooms, because to me, even if we live in a world where the divorce rate is higher than the marriage rate, marriage is a life long bond. And if we can keep those words close to our hearts, we can fulfill any vows.

My story isn't one of picking up a camera and falling in love with photography. I mean, don't get me wrong, I do love photography; however, my first love always has been and always will be aviation. Photography is my fight song.

In 2009, I set out to pursue my dream of becoming a pilot by attending an aviation-themed high school. It was not until 2012 that one of my close friends introduced me to photography.

I started out with my cellphone, and looking back, I miss the days when I would take photos of anything. One night, I stumbled upon a wedding photography blog and decided that I wanted to have a side hustle as a wedding photographer. So I got a summer job, saved up for my first camera, and then quit: office life isn't for me.

In 2014, I graduated with honors and was accepted into the "Harvard of Aviation," Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. I flew five times a week and shot weddings when I could, but photography took a back seat.

In 2016, my dreams were realized: I became a pilot at 18 years old, before I could even drive a car. Later that year, I became homeless and had to drop out of college. Everything I had envisioned in life no longer mattered. I looked at my camera and decided to use it to forge a new path. My mother wasn't thrilled; I was a second-generation college student.

But a year later, I was featured on The Huffington Post. Slowly, I built the brand of my dreams, and today I travel the world running a business that has become my fight song. Yes, I still fly planes. Oh, and hey, Mom... it's okay, I made it <3

Where do I even start! If there were an unlimited amount of stars I would give them! He well deserves this review. My Wedding were AH-MAZING! He captured every moment in its raw form! My hubby loves them and so do I! When you get married things happen so fast and having the wedding slide show helped me take it all in.
